Welcome!! Pasta Pomodoro by Giovanni is family owned and operated by Giovanni, Vito, and Antonio Sparacio. Since coming to the United States from Sicily in the 1970s, we have owned and operated successful restaurants from California to New Jersey.

Since 1989, we have proudly owned and operated Sal's Pizza in Washington Township. Sal’s has become a mainstay of the Washington Township community. Our best-selling pizzas start with our homemade pizza sauce, a traditional family recipe. Sal’s has been rewarded with the best Cheesesteak in South Jersey!

In 2000, we decided to bring the success of our west coast restaurant to Washington Township. Pasta Pomodoro by Giovanni is dedicated to providing the best restaurant experience. We offer an unbeatable selection of Northern & Southern Sicilian Gourmet Dishes, everything made to order! From homemade pastas, to fresh fish, to our renowned marinated grilled chicken, Pasta Pomodoro by Giovanni was rated by Zagat as one of the best restaurants in the area.
